The process of evaluation consists of three steps:

Phase I:

A background and historical data review.
A visual inspection to identify potential concerns.

Phase II

Sampling and analysis of suspect materials that may pose a health hazard and/or place a potential liability on the property.
Identification of risks and hazards associated with the subject property.
Recommendations for remedial action, if required.
Cost estimates for remedial actions.

Phase III

Preparation of specifications and tender documents for remedial actions.
Completion of remedial actions.
Work supervision and confirmatory testing.
